COLLINGWOOD manufactures weight controllers designed for the internal control of production. These allow safe and automatic rejection of all bags or packages that are outside the permitted tolerance range.
We also have the possibility to connect machines to a computer or to incorporate a stand-alone printer to extract statistics, such as lots or batches.
There are models to control small weights, such as boxes of saffron, as well as boxes or bags of heavier weight, such as phytosanitary products of 25kg.
In addition, they can incorporate one, two or three belts or motorized conveyor belts. They also have different types of rejectors, from a simple – but effective – blown compressed air to a mechanical arm.
