Description CH125 Checkweigher

The CH125 is a large-scale checkweigher able to control bags, sacs or boxes of up to 25 kg.

Its larger size of belts allows us to control of large volumes. A printer as well as PC communication software can be added with this machine. The input and output belts are incorporated in this machine as an accessory. The rejection system, given its size, belongs to the output belt.

Operation

This machine includes a load belt or weighing section to which the bags or sacs arrive from the input belt, and once the bag is stabilized, the weight is checked by means of a load cell located underneath it, giving a signal of acceptance or rejection, depending on weight.
